Display Registration Troubleshooting

  1. Press the gray button on the Standard Gateway, or the software Gateway button for a USB gateway, and read the scrolling text on the Display.

  2. Choose from the following six options:
Option 1
GATEWAY NOT FOUND, PRESS ANY KEY TO TRY AGAIN


Option 2
PUSH GATEWAY BUTTON TO REGISTER
Option 3
WAITING TO REGISTER


Option 4
USE PC TO SELECT LOCATION
Option 5
REGISTRATION FAILED


Option 6
NOT GOOD
